Silver Lotus Earrings

These dainty silver lotus earrings are perfect for those who like a little zen. The lotus flower is symbolic in many different cultures for different reasons, however, it is regarded as a symbol of purity, rebirth, self-regeneration and triumph.

The lotus flower is special as it grows in mud and each day, it rises above the mud and water to open it's petals, one at a time.

The deep anology behind the lotus flower is that we all face suffering, obstacles and hurdles throughout life; symbolic of the roots in mud. The journey of the lotus flower, coming from the mud and blossoming into a beautiful flower, above the water is sybolic of our own journey to get to a state of happiness and purity.
